- Resolution of image to be submitted: 72dpi
- Winner must produce 300dpi original graphic for competition organizer printing purpose.
- Maximum file size: 8MB
- Provide a description to allow better understanding of the submitted entry
- Elements of entry must be original or have gotten necessary copyright permissions
(You may be requested to verify permissions)
- Copyright of entries belong to the creator. However, the winner grants the competition organizer right of use of the submitted entry only for the purpose of this competition.
Standard Rules and Regulations:
- CSS Showcase Awards 2010 will run from May 3, 2010 to August 1, 2010
- Participants of this challenge must understand fully and accept the terms and conditions of MediaEcho Pte. Ltd.
- Participants may submit more than 1 work. But it must be original and not an exact copy of any of his/her previous work. Identical works will be treated as a single submission.
- Works for this Competition will be posted in Battleground and will be receiving comments from other users. MediaEcho Pte. Ltd. will hold no resposibility if any of these comments result in any losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the CSS Showcase Awards 2010 or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party.
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of MediaEcho and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the CSS Showcase Awards 2010 or these Rules and Regulations.
- MediaEcho may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the CSS Showcase Awards 2010. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address.
- Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address in their MediaEcho account (or the physical address in the MediaEcho account when applicable), and MediaEcho is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail. If a winner's MediaEcho profile is no longer active, notification will be sent to the last known e-mail address. MediaEcho is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses or mailing addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 3 business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.
- If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a secondary judging phase to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
- The results will be announced at the end of the CSS Showcase Awards 2010.
- The winner will hold rights to showcase design as part of portfolio but not for commercial transaction purposes such as sale of design to a third-party.
- All decisions regarding CSS Showcase Awards 2010, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by MediaEcho, whose decisions shall be final.
- The management reserves the right to implement any changes at any point of time if required.

Deadline
The termination deadline for submissions will be on August 1, 2010 at (UTC + 8:00) 00:00hrs. Participants may continue to submit their entries even after stated dateline. However their works will not be qualified to win the ultimate design prize.
Disqualification
Participants will be disqualified if the violation falls under any of these conditions:
- Plagarism: using other's work as their own.
- Use of copyrighted images without permission
- Non-compliance with the official Rules.
- Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable". (In this case an alternate winner will be chosen from a secondary judging phase.)
- Late submissions past the stated deadline.
